      36 practices, 15 games, Lasker Cup, Alana Blahoski power skating clinic, stick handling clinics and road tournament

      • You can only register one participant at a time. Please submit form then return to register another.
      • Hockey programs fill up quickly, so register quickly!
      • Participants should have their own equipment. Equipment available for seasonal rental. Please consult Director with any questions.
      • Any league participants must be registered with USA Hockey.
      • Lasker Rink & CPIH have a no refund policy.
      • All parents MUST READ and CONFIRM the Parent Creed. Not doing so will not allow you to register your child this season.

      • 10% discount if registration is received between 8/1/12 and 9/4/12

      • Enroll one player at full price.
      • Enroll second player at 10% off that player.
      • Enroll third player at 15% off.
